Job description

Contract to end of 2027 + Extensions

Hybrid Calgary 3 days onsite

90-125/hr


Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support one of the world's leading agriculture companies on an initial 16-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. You will work 3 days per week in office in Calgary (Tu-Thu), and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. This person will lead a large-scale, multi-year transformation program spanning supply chain, logistics, inventory visibility, product movement, and technology enablement initiatives. This individual will oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, provide executive-level reporting, drive business outcomes, and create structure across cross-functional teams while operating in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate has experience stepping into complex programs already in motion, leading multiple project teams simultaneously, and delivering measurable business value through technology-enabled transformation.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 7+ years of project/program management experience leading complex technology initiatives

- Experience managing 3-4 concurrent workstreams

- Experienced leading teams of over 10-15 technical and functional resources

- Strong agile/scrum delivery experience, with ability to remain flexible and pragmatic

- Strong experience building executive dashboards, steering committee materials and presenting to senior leadership

- Highly proficient with Jira, Excel and data drive reporting


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Background in agriculture, supply chain, transportation/logistics, inventory management, fleet operations, or IOT

- Program experience with $20M+ ROI

- Leading programs mid flight and through delivery to sustainment phase

- PMP, PMI- ACP, Scrum Master or related
