Radiance Technologies, an employee‑owned company, is seeking a highly qualified scientist to support Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) production and advance non‑literal spectral, thermal, and SAR analytical processes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced GEOINT tools to analyze and exploit remotely sensed data and produce GEOINT products.
  • Provide technical leadership to teams performing exploitation and process development.
  • Analyze and develop processes to support the exploitation of unique, anomalous, and difficult datasets using engineering principles and physics‑based analytical approaches.
  • Perform algorithm development for complex data exploitation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a STEM field (Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Remote Sensing, or other relevant technical field).
  • Experience in processing and analyzing remote sensing data.
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Understanding of signal processing techniques for solving new problems.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong technical writing and briefing skills.
