Job description

The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) team seeks a motivated and detail-oriented AI professional with a strong background in AI/ML concepts and technologies. You will be part of a team developing Lockheed Martin AI talent and building an AI community. Within the LAIC, the AI Factory Growth team focuses on building a strong and vibrant AI/ML community including tools, knowledge sharing, events, and training.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering live Generative AI (GenAI) training to technical and non-technical audiences across the enterprise. This includes teaching instructor-led courses in both virtual and in-person formats, developing and maintaining course materials, and continuously improving course delivery based on learner feedback. In addition to their primary instruction role, the candidate will support the course development team in designing new learning experiences, contributing to script writing and digital content development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live, instructor-led GenAI training courses to employees across the enterprise, in both virtual and in-person formats, for technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop and maintain course content, including slides, labs, demonstrations, exercises, and facilitator guides, ensuring material stays current with the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape
- Gather learner feedback and course metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course design and delivery
- Support the course development team in designing new digital learning experiences, contributing to script writing, course design, and digital content development using course authoring tools
- Assist in creating multimedia learning content, such as tutorials and how-to videos, to extend training beyond the classroom
- Collaborate with GenAI stakeholders to balance learning best practices with business needs and constraints, aligning content with enterprise strategic objectives
This position may require up to 50% travel to support training delivery at Lockheed Martin sites.
