This role is onsite in Memphis. Remote is not an option.
Position Summary

We are seeking a SQL Developer with strong SQL Server development skills and experience in PowerShell automation. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions while creating automated processes to improve operational efficiency, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, and ETL processes.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support business applications and reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate database administration, data processing, monitoring, and deployment tasks.
  • Troubleshoot database performance issues and implement tuning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Support data integration, migration, and system enhancement projects.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for databases, scripts, and automated processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SQL Server development and database management.
  • Strong proficiency with T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell automation scripts.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of source control and deployment best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure SQL, or cloud-based data platforms.
  • Knowledge of database monitoring and automation tools.
