About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skillsโ€”both written and verbalโ€”and a passion for creating clear, user-friendly documentation. Youโ€™ll work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to produce and maintain high-quality documentation for our products and internal tools.

Responsibilities

โ€ขCreate, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, and API references.

โ€ขDevelop and organize content for both Word-based documents (e.g., reports, manuals) and online documentation portals.

โ€ขCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all materials.

โ€ขUse Markdown (preferred) and other markup or publishing tools to create and format online documentation.

โ€ขMaintain document version control and ensure consistency of tone, terminology, and branding.

โ€ขParticipate in reviews and continuously improve documentation processes and templates.

Qualifications
