You will be a part of the Enterprise Solutions group which supports the plant floor manufacturing operations technologies including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data contextualization, and manufacturing scheduling in the Life Sciences industry. You will receive broad exposure to key aspects of modern manufacturing related to MES and level 3 plant floor operations. The Role
We are actively recruiting for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer III – Systems & Interfaces to join our team supporting MES and the interfaces to other systems.
You will be working to stabilize and make continuous improvements to MES functionality to meet customer requirements, with guidance and collaboration from more senior engineers. You will contribute to the design and implementation of interfaces, system functions, and reports using a variety of technologies to deliver robust solutions that support desired business outcomes.
You will have opportunities to learn from Senior and Principal Engineers and Solution Architects during development and implementation of software deliverables and peer reviews, enhancing your technical depth and problem-solving skills. As an Engineer III, you will be expected to work with increasing independence on defined tasks while actively seeking feedback, supporting team collaboration, and contributing to a positive, professional team culture.
You will be responsible for helping implement solutions ranging from Syncade BI interfaces, Syncade system installations, Syncade system migrations, or general technology configuration and coding aimed at delivering operations or reporting outcomes.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.
