Job Details Salary: $17 to $22 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Woodside, NY 11377 Position Summary We are seeking a motivated BDC Representative to manage inbound and outbound customer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales and service process. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and commitment to meeting monthly performance goals. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls using company scripts and schedule sales appointments. Make outbound calls to customers following prepared scripts to arrange sales and service appointments. Log customer comments and update records in the database accurately. Follow up with customers who have not scheduled appointments to encourage future contact. Confirm, reschedule, and post appointments on the BDC appointment board as needed. Coordinate with sales and service teams to verify appointment status and results. Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails per marketing schedules to provide follow-up reminders. Respond to website inquiries and internet customer requests via email and phone. Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled. Assist with additional duties as assigned.
