Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: Full-Time Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually (bonus eligible). Overtime offered at 1.5x pay, with the opportunity to significantly increase total compensation

Job Description:

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise infrastructure within a Microsoft-based environment. This individual will contribute to system performance, automation initiatives, and infrastructure improvements while collaborating across multiple technical teams. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional groups on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments across multiple versions
  • Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
  • Support virtualization platforms and ensure systems are reliable and scalable
  • Work alongside security, cloud, and support teams on enterprise initiatives
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities
  • Help manage identity services, authentication mechanisms, and access controls
  • Participate in continuous improvements to infrastructure design and performance

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles
  • Strong experience working within Microsoft environments
