In this role, you will support our agents by managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in and contribute to team activities
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
