Vitalant is seeking a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor dedicated to making a positive difference. Please note This position is not a recruiter role; you are managing a team remotely that works with our donors in a fixed site location.
Your impact as a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor is vital. You will support Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists and for the achievement of assigned daily, weekly and monthly goals.
What to Expect
Compensation: Pay: $43,784-$69,305.60
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexible hours depending on the needs of our frontline staff. Supervisors are also expected to participate in around 7 weekend on-call coverage throughout the year.
