Position Summary
The Intake Supervisor serves as the first legal point of contact for prospective clients, evaluating potential personal injury claims, providing initial legal guidance, and determining case viability. This role is critical in converting qualified leads into retained clients while ensuring a high standard of client care and ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations

  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, video, or in person
  • Gather facts, assess injuries, liability, and damages
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients

Case Evaluation

  • Analyze potential personal injury claims (auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, etc.)
  • Determine case merit based on liability, damages, and collectability
  • Identify red flags and risks early in the intake process

Case Sign-Up & Conversion

  • Clearly explain legal rights, process, and contingency fee agreements
  • Convert qualified leads into retained clients
  • Ensure all retainer agreements and documentation are properly executed

Documentation & Compliance

  • Accurately document consultations in CRM/case management system
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and firm policies
  • Coordinate with intake staff for file setup and onboarding

Collaboration
