Brown Branches is relaunching our Outbound Calling division. We aren't looking for a typical telemarketer; we are looking for a tenacious professional who understands the nuance of B2B outreach.

Pay: Starting at $16 per hour with Bonuses based on performance.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven B2B Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the commercial roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Gatekeeper Mastery: Demonstrated ability to navigate through administrative layers to reach decision-makers.

Skills Needed

  • Persistence & Resilience: The ability to maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude through consistent outbound volume.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to ask probing questions to uncover needs rather than just reading a script.
