You will join a team of operators, engineers, and builders who solve hard problems with humility and focus. We design and produce multi-mission aerial systems that operators trust to perform in real-world conditions, reliably, repeatedly, and at scale. Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for an IT Support Engineer II to provide reliable, responsive end-user support and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our IT environment.
What You'll Do
• Handle Tier 1/2 incidents involving advanced endpoint issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using logs and remote tools.
• Manage device imaging and deployment workflows.
• Write and maintain scripts (PowerShell/Bash).
• Administer Entra /Azure AD identity and access workflows.
• Support endpoint security tools, patching, and encryption.
• Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP/VPN/Wi-Fi issues.
• Participate in Incident/Problem/Change processes.
• Coordinate with security and engineering teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years enterprise technical support experience.
• Expert Windows/macOS troubleshooting.
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Write reliable scripts for inventory, cleanup, policy checks.
• Experience with Entra ID.
• Knowledge of endpoint security practices.
• Designs/optimizes Intune /JAMF device profiles, pilot tests.
• Translates technical detail for non-technical users, proactive updates to KB.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Preferred
• Network+, Security+, ACSP, or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Enterprise deployment experience.
• Experience collaborating with SecOps.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 50 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office and IT equipment such as computers, keyboards, servers, and cabling tools. Must be physically capable of installing or replacing workstation and network hardware, tracing cabling in confined spaces, and performing light equipment setup within office or lab environments.
Work Environment
This position primarily operates in a standard office setting with periodic work in lab and manufacturing areas. The role requires use of standard office and IT equipment and may involve occasional access to server racks, networking closets, or production areas.
Limited travel may be required to PDW facilities, test sites, or vendor locations for project or maintenance activities.
The position may involve occasional exposure to non-climate-controlled environments, noise, or dust, and may require personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering production zones.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment requiring close coordination with engineering, manufacturing, and information-security teams. Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours activities as operational needs demand.
