Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to escort clients during home showings
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine clients' home search preferences
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Generate at least 10 hours of lead activity weekly
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team meetings and events following team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one, with free assistance provided to acquire the license if needed
