You'll step into an established demand with a large existing referral network, giving you a fast ramp-up from day one. With dedicated administrative and clinical support, modern surgical technology, and tools like AI scribe, you can focus on what matters most: surgery and patient care.

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO
  • Board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology by the ABOHNS or AOBOO
  • TX medical license, or eligible to obtain one
