Job Description:
Ready to be the backbone that keeps an entire facility running? Join our maintenance team and take charge of the machinery that powers our production.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Perform mechanical work including changing bearings, belts, and idler pulleys on trough-style conveyors
• Clean and replace pneumatic valves on optical sorting machines; maintain organized work area
• Communicate equipment issues with mechanics and supervisors across shifts
• Conduct PM and repairs on bucket elevators, screw conveyors, forklifts, front-end loaders, and sweepers
• Install facility machinery as needed
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Electronic experience preferred
• Strong experience with mechanical conveyors
• Glass processing knowledge a plus
• PLC experience a plus
