M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Topsoil Screener and Operator to join our team. This role requires an experienced topsoil screener and operator who can safely and efficiently operate a topsoil screener while maintaining quality material output.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Feed and operate the topsoil screen and stacker belts, ensuring equipment runs efficiently, and soil is screened accurately
  • Set up and maintain the machine, adjusting settings accurately
  • Load and unload trucks with materials with a Loader, working collaboratively with your team to complete tasks safely and efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year of experience operating a track hoe/loader
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
