Position Overview:
Redemption Church is seeking a passionate, innovative, and spirit-led Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative Team. As a multi-campus, global ministry, Redemption is committed to reaching lives with the transformative power of Jesus Christ. This role is responsible for designing compelling visual assets that align with our mission, elevate our brand, and effectively communicate across a variety of platforms-including print, digital, stage, and broadcast. The ideal candidate is a highly creative team player with strong conceptual skills, a heart for ministry, and a sharp eye for merchandise and apparel design. We are looking for someone who believes their design ability is a calling and understands how visual storytelling impacts Kingdom work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visual content for sermon series, weekend services, conferences, campaigns, and internal ministries.
• Conceptualize and design Redemption-branded merchandise and apparel, including t shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories that are both modern and missionally aligned.
• Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and creative teams to develop strategic, cohesive visual branding.
• Create digital assets for web, email, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Produce high-quality print materials such as signage, brochures, banners, and event collateral.
• Maintain and expand Redemption Church's visual identity across all platforms and campuses.
• Prepare files optimized for print, digital, and merchandise production.
• Stay informed on current design, fashion, and cultural trends to ensure Redemption's apparel and merch remain relevant and impactful.
• Assist in live event and service visuals as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:
• A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Redemption Church's mission and values.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (church or ministry experience strongly preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and a keen eye for apparel and merchandise creation.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with mockup creation and print file preparation is essential.
• Knowledge of production processes for screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and other merchandise techniques.
• Excellent typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, ministry-first environment
