Here is what you will do…

  • Operate production machinery, such as a Sewing Machine, Cutter, Press, Screen Printer, etc. to produce high quality products in the required timeframe.
  • Inspect visually for defects according to Quality Systems Manual and floor inspection procedure and notifies production support if problems occur.
  • Serve as a positive role model consistent with Polo Custom Product’s corporate culture.
  • Collaborate with team members and Supervisor to help team achieve goals.
  • Prepare and tag production parts in process.
  • Use shop aids (e.g., templates, micrometers, etc.) for random inspection.
  • Record accurate counts and rejects of daily production onto paper forms or the ShopTrak system.
  • Rotate throughout the department/team as necessary to achieve the objective.
  • Install raw materials (e.g., zippers, solvents, buckles, etc.) manually during the production process.
  • Monitor daily shipments to meet established production requirements.
  • Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste.

1st Shift- 6:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Thursday
2nd Shift- 4:00pm to 2:00am Monday-Thursday
3rd Shift- Monday 4:00am to 12:30pm and Tuesday-Thursday 2:00am to 12:30pm
40 hours per week. May be some overtime on Fridays.
