Job Summary:
Prepares and prints graphics, including mixing and loading ink, cleaning machines, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining print equipment, and completing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Functions:

Follow safety procedures and practices outlined on the Safety Placard for each piece of equipment
Operate presses (including registration and set-ups)
Sharpen a squeegee
Print across most aspects of printing (fine line to 4-color)
Prepare, print, and finish screen-printed graphics
Troubleshoot and correct printing problems
Print sharp, crisp images with a low error rate
Understand inks and curing/drying methods (including testing UV cured inks)
Take initiative and show leadership
Maintain outstanding attention to detail
