Job Summary
Print Shop Production Team Members will operate printing and bindery equipment to produce customer orders to our quality standards. They will work with other production team members to assure orders are produced on-time. So, the ability to work well with a team is essential. Weekly hours worked will range between 20 - 40 depending on the shop workload and the candidates desired work schedule.
Range of Responsibilities (this will be dependent on the candidates experience level):
  • Use bindery equipment to perform finishing operations
  • Operate wide format printer, laminator and computer-controlled cutter
  • Operate digital printer
  • Pull fulfillment items from inventory, piece counting, kitting and packaging for shipment
  • Share quality control responsibilities on completed orders to confirm printed materials are accurate, error-free and align with the work order
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a print shop and operating the equipment
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Self-Motived - Must be able to work independently and execute assignments on-time
  • Team Player - Cooperate with and assist production team.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
