AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh / Printelect is a high-volume print and mailing facility located in Garner, NC. Since 2011, we've grown to a team of over 30 full-time professionals focused on delivering top-tier quality and service. Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inkjet Roll-Fed Press Operator to run high-speed production inkjet equipment for regular, transactional,  and direct mail printing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating roll-fed inkjet presses in a deadline-driven environment, with a strong understanding of print quality control and machine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain roll-fed inkjet presses (e.g., Ricoh, Canon, or equivalent).
- Load rolls, align substrates, and ensure ink and media calibration for optimal output.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks and verify output against job specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily job requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience operating roll-fed inkjet presses.
- Familiarity with transactional print environments and variable data printing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts as needed.
