Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced screen print operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in operating both automatic and manual screen-printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time production.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses for high-volume production.
  • Set up and register screens, mix inks, and adjust colors according to specifications.
  • Conduct test prints and ensure output meets customer quality standards.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, screens, and work areas to keep production running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues such as misregistration, smudges, or color inconsistencies.
