In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes and managing dark room operations to prepare artwork for printing. Your expertise will ensure vibrant, precise prints that meet production standards while maintaining a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with artistic vision, contributing to the creation of visually compelling print materials.


Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring accurate registration, color matching, and consistent quality across all prints
  • Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, including color management and layout design
  • Manage dark room activities such as film development, exposure, and image transfer to prepare printing screens efficiently
  • Interpret production documents and artwork files using prepress software to ensure precise reproduction of designs
  • Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment including large-format printers, flexo presses, and other machinery involved in the printing process
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout production to verify color accuracy, image clarity, and adherence to specifications
  • Adjust mechanical components of printing machines and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and minimize downtime
