The Role

Were looking for a hands-on Technical Account Manager who can manage client relationships and actively support execution. This is not just a planning or communication roleyoull be expected to help get things done. That means managing tasks, coordinating deliverables, and directly supporting campaign and website execution when needed.


Youll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating business goals into actionable strategies and working closely with our internal team to make sure those strategies are implemented effectively.


This is a remote position, but being within driving distance of Towson, MD is a strong plus for occasional in-person meetings or team sessions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication for a portfolio of SEO/PPC clients
  • Interpret digital performance data and present results in a clear, business-friendly way
  • Actively support execution: coordinate and QA website updates, SEO tasks, and technical audits
  • Lead client calls, discovery sessions, and performance reviews
