About the Role

Mannix Marketing is looking for a Technical SEO Contractor to support our digital marketing team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on the behind-the-scenes work that makes content perform, not on producing the content itself.

You'll work alongside our digital marketing strategists to identify and resolve technical issues, run audits, and support site health across a portfolio of clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and prioritize findings for client sites

  • Identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, site speed, and structured data issues

  • Support Core Web Vitals improvements in coordination with web development

  • Monitor site performance using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar tools

  • Build and maintain reporting in Looker Studio to communicate performance clearly

  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including tag management and goal configuration

  • Document findings and recommendations clearly for internal strategy teams

What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO across multiple client sites

  • Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or DeepCrawl

  • Working knowledge of HTML, structured data/schema markup, and crawl management

  • Experience with conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting (Google Tag Manager, GA4)

  • Familiarity with Looker Studio for building client-facing performance reports

  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • WordPress experience required, Shopify experience a plus

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required for collaboration within a remote team environment.
