CHEVROLET OF MILFORD, SERVICE ADVISOR

This posting is for a Experienced Service Advisor position at Chevrolet of Milford.

  • Pay: Estimated earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 per year
  • Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays (5-day workweek)
  • Experience: Service advisor experience preferred
  • Location: Milford, Connecticut
  • Language: Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
Main Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and manage service appointments
  • Explain service recommendations and specials
  • Create and manage repair orders from opening to closing
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs, and completion times
  • Answer questions about repairs, maintenance, warranties, and vehicle concerns
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
  • Coordinate with technicians, management, and customers
  • Handle warranty-related processes and documentation
  • MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS 
  • MUST HAVE STRONG SELLING SKILLS 
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred (training available)
  • GM dealership experience is a plus
