Job description

This position is primarily responsible for the growth and sales performance of Scope Services, Inc.โ€™s power plant maintenance business line. The position will be responsible for developing and maintaining Scopeโ€™s relationships with our current partners as well as building new relationships that will enable Scope Services, Inc. to expand our current Power Plant Maintenance offerings to new Utility Partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our current relationships with our Utility partners and develop new relationships as needed to continue to secure new opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Power Plant Maintenance Operations Team to develop deeper relationships with our existing Utility partners to secure more opportunities.
  • Coordinate with our CEO/ Owner, Lydia Demski, and our President; Bill Oโ€™Connor, to develop a targeted growth strategy for the business line and to ensure that Scope is consistently identifying new opportunities within this space.
  • Represents Scope at targeted Utility and Vendor conferences for Power Plant Maintenance as needed.
  • Support additional Scope business lineโ€™s growth whenever possible.

Key Success Factors:

  • Meets or exceeds all sales goals.
  • Increases Scopeโ€™s Power Plant business.
  • Represent Scope within the Industry and continue to ensure we are viewed as the premiere maintenance Partner.
  • Demonstrated abilities to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of power plant maintenance leadership experience, with a preference of nuclear power generation experience
  • Demonstrated business development experience in the power plant maintenance industry
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • A minimum of 50% travel required for position
  • Documented industry expertise through an advanced degree and/ or relevant experience
