This includes managing the procurement of raw materials, production schedules, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. Their goal is to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products or services. SCM Managers also work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
