Your Responsibilities
  • Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care strategies
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions in partnership with physicians or independently as permitted
  • Guiding patients and their families on preventative care, overall wellness, and disease management
  • Prescribing medications and therapeutics in accordance with your practice scope
  • Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless and holistic patient care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within electronic medical record systems
Qualifications Required
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Necessary Certifications
