Role Definition
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with expertise in AI agents and Power BI to support advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-support initiatives. This role focuses on developing Python-based solutions, building and deploying AI-driven agents, and delivering high-impact data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The Python Developer / AI & Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Python applications that support AI agent workflows, data processing, and analytics reporting. This role partners closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
What you will do
  • Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for automation, analytics, and system integration
  • Build and deploy AI agents to support task automation and decision support
  • Integrate AI solutions with internal tools, APIs, and data sources
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Prepare, transform, and model data for analytics and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Document code, data models, and system designs
  • Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing systems

Degree Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
