The Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with department leadership to drive key initiatives, manage administrative operations, and support a fast-paced academic and clinical environment.
You'll play a central role in coordinating complex projects, leading an administrative support team, and ensuring the department runs efficiently-all while engaging with faculty, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four years of experience in an executive administrative or similar role
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a complex or matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
