The incoming engineer will play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art processing systems, taking ownership of advanced product development initiatives from concept through full-scale commercialization.

What You’ll Do
  • Champion cross-functional mechanical engineering initiatives, overseeing complex design projects across their full lifecycle from initial concept to commercial deployment.

  • Formulate rigorous project parameters to resolve intricate hardware and process challenges while evaluating technical feasibility for next-generation products.

  • Architect specialized mechanical designs for prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial-grade industrial equipment built for high-demand manufacturing environments.

  • Synthesize technical findings, design documentation, and engineering recommendations into actionable proposals for executive leadership approval.
