Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Estimate Writer in the Birmingham Metro area — full-time or part-time. No experience needed; we provide full paid training and all equipment.
If you're outgoing, love variety, and enjoy being out and about meeting people rather than sitting at a desk, this is your kind of job. You'll build relationships with local businesses and homeowners, generate new estimates, and turn conversations into long-term customers.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM (no nights or weekends!)
Pay: $14–$20+ per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities

  • Drive proactive outreach and in-person prospecting to generate new commercial estimates
  • Follow up with key contacts and warm leads to build lasting relationships
  • Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
