Description
    Receiving, storing, and distributing materials in compliance with warehouse procedures, ensuring accountability and accuracy of inventory
  • Tracking inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and resolving discrepancies using logistics management systems
  • Inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies and preparing detailed reports to document findings
  • Coordinating with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution of materials to required locations
  • Maintaining organized warehouse areas by implementing effective storage solutions and inventory controls to optimize space and workflow

Requirements
  • Two years of inventory/supply experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military supply experience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and ensure the availability of materials in compliance with DoD requirements
  • Skilled in inputting, managing, and retrieving data using warehouse and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Proficient in verifying incoming shipments, coordinating the proper storage, and preparing items for outgoing distribution
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with handling hazardous materials and compliance with safety standards in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with automated inventory control and barcode scanning technologies to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and optimize logistical operations
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), to manage military shipments
