The Senior Analyst, PMO Operations supports PMO activities for Transcend-a global program driving standard ways of working andconsolidating7 ERP systems into 1 standardized S/4 HANA platformsupporting the Innovative Medicine business.

This role focuses on program coordination, reporting, governance support, and analysis across functions, regions, and multiple parallel releases. The position helpsmaintainaccurateplans, track risks and issues, support governance forums, andprovidetimelyinsights to enable effective decision-making.

The role works closely with Global Program Managers, PMO team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to support program transparency, consistency, and execution.

Job Description Summary

Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Manages the tactical execution in the design and delivery of project and program management policies and practices. Applies project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project and program scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serves as primary contact for client and team queries and concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs systems to analyze, monitor, and track cost-spend data, assess risk-benefit ratios, and provide insight on business impact.

  • Assistsinestablishingand implementing the scope of work, projectdeliveryresource requirements, cost estimates, and work plan schedules for assigned projects.

  • Constructs program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the achievement of organizationalobjectives.

  • Drafts Request for Proposals for complex projects, evaluates and appraises incoming supplier bids, and presents results to senior level management.

  • Establishes open communication channels with internal and external suppliers to ensure problems are resolvedin a timely manner.

  • Applies advanced knowledge of market trends and forecasting methods to develop process improvements for the organization's program management plans and strategies.

  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
    Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
