About This Position
We are seeking field teachers to support the Real Math Real Science field trips at Broad Meadow Brook in Worcester, MA. These field trips allow every 7th grader in Worcester to have a hands-on nature learning experience at Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary. This program focuses on watershed restoration and health. All our programs align with state and national science standards and encourage exploration, collaboration, and inquiry. Field teachers will be based out of Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks
This position’s pay range is $19.00-$20.00 per hour; actual rate of pay will reflect level of experience and qualifications relative to position requirements. This is not a benefits eligible position.

Work Schedule
This position starts in August 2026 and ends in October 2026. Hours may vary weekly, ranging from 0 to 20, not to exceed 40 hours. Hours are contingent on program bookings by schools. Exact schedule will be determined weekly and received 10 days before the given week for planning purposes. Programs run Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm.

Other Requirements
Employees must successfully complete a CORI and SORI Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Record (if applicable) is required.
