The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Program Manager, Global Trade Initiatives is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple cross functional programs within KLA Services, with a primary focus on business continuity planning, global trade-related initiatives, and operational process improvement. The Program Manager works with stakeholders across levels of the organization-from senior leaders to front line teams-to help translate strategic objectives into executable plans and day to day actions.
The role requires the ability to move quickly between strategic planning and tactical execution, manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and support effective coordination across teams operating in regulated and operationally complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Continuity Program Support

  • Lead and coordinate elements of the Business Continuity Program (BCP), including material prioritization, scheduling alignment, and crossfunctional planning activities.

  • Facilitate regular prioritization and status meetings with stakeholders from Sales, Service Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.

  • Translate highlevel objectives and priorities into clear tasks, timelines, and execution plans for operational teams.

  • Track actions, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams, ensuring followup items are documented and progressed.

  • Support alignment between customer commitments, operational capacity, and internal priorities.

China Trade and TariffRelated Initiatives

  • Lead and support KLA Services initiatives related to China trade restrictions, tariffs, and export control considerations, in coordination with crossfunctional partners.

  • Work across multiple concurrent projects to assess operational impacts of traderelated changes and support mitigation planning.

  • Coordinate inputs from Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to support timely execution of agreedupon actions.

Policy, Process, and Systems Changes

  • Work with crossfunctional teams to identify, document, and implement changes to policies, processes, and systems impacted by business continuity and trade requirements.

  • Support initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams and project timelines simultaneously.

  • Partner with IT and system owners to help ensure process changes are reflected appropriately in supporting tools and systems.

  • Assist with change communication, training, and adoption for both leadership and frontline teams.

Legal and Global Trade Compliance Alignment

  • Partner with Legal and Global Trade Compliance teams to ensure program activities and process changes are aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Support the translation of compliance requirements into practical operational guidance and execution steps.

  • Ensure compliance considerations are incorporated into program planning and daytoday execution activities.

  • Assist with internal reviews, audits, or information requests related to trade and compliance topics, as needed.

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, including senior leaders and frontline employees.

  • Prepare clear, factual updates on program status, risks, dependencies, and next steps.

  • Support issue escalation and resolution by providing context, options, and documented impacts.

  • Coordinate followup actions across teams while managing competing priorities and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, hightechnology, or global services organizations

  • Exposure to global trade, tariffs, or export controls (direct or indirect)

  • Experience supporting process, policy, or systems change initiatives

  • Experience managing multiple crossfunctional projects or initiatives simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level

  • Ability to work effectively in regulated or compliancesensitive environments

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
