Job description

Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Cath Lab Department at our Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity with four 10-hour shifts Monday- Friday, 6:30am - 5:00pm. Call is required for evenings, weekends and holidays.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.

As an Registered Nurse in our Cath Lab your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
  • Monitor patients pre /intra / and post-procedure for safety and comfort.
  • Administer medications and manage IV lines as needed.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and adhere to ACLS protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.
