Requirements / Qualifications Lab preparation, including but not limited to: - Reading through and preparing labs for teachers - Setting up the lab/classroom - Stay in or near the classroom while lab is in process for technical support. - Dry Run the lab before students arrive - Gather all necessary materials - Buying or ordering replacements Cleaning up after labs/activities: - Including gathering and washing used glassware promptly - Disposing of chemical solutions following in an environmentally safe method - Disposing of chemical waste appropriately, and washing glassware. Maintaining an orderly lab storage facility that adheres to the fire marshal's codes and regulations - Be familiar with the fire and school safety codes and procedures - Update safety policies Assist teachers when asked.
