Required Skills and Experience:

Number of Years of Experience

- At least 5 years of experience writing software documentation in a technical product environment (must be able to provide writing samples)

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and images and diagrams

- Experience creating process flow diagrams

- Excellent writing skills in English (Ability to edit documents for correct grammar, spelling, and writing)

- Strong oral communication skills

- Ability to work with, communicate with, and understand Sr. Technical resources providing Technical Specifications to be documented.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information science, communications or related field
