Job description

We are looking for:

You will evaluate current work procedures/methods and propose, describe, test and implement improvements, new techniques and methods, and provide specialized maintenance tasks and expertise.   Will also be responsible for reliability & cost improvement projects and advising on failure analyses.

We count on you for:

  • Work full time onsite (40 hours) 

  • Manage and complete assigned projects under the guidance of engineering staff

  • Effectively communicate with plant staff to identify and determine solutions for assigned work.

  • Use SAP to perform daily functions.

  • Learn to navigate and use the document control system

  • Support management of change documentation to implement project solutions.

  • Support production activities by troubleshooting and completing tasks for improved operation.

  • Support the tracking of production metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate with production teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

  • Effectively prioritize time spent on the floor and working on projects.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

  • Self-starter with attention to detail and customer- focused mindset.

  • Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
