On-Call Sciences Clerk (Applicant Pool)
Job Summary
The On-Call Sciences Clerk will support the Sciences office staff. Duties include greeting visitors, data entry, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. The hours for this position may vary within a regular Monday-Friday weekly schedule and requires the ability to work both on-campus and remotely, as needed.

Job Duties
Required Qualifications
  1. Associate degree in related area.
  2. Five (5) years of office experience with understanding of office technology (i.e. phone systems, copiers/printers).
  3. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented.
  6. Ability to work independently.
  7. Conscientious and reliable.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
