Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the Reno, NV office.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Prepares correspondence, quotes, proposals, expense reports, and other reports for management.
  • Answers telephones; assists callers and relays messages.
  • Coordinates travel with local & foreign engineering staff, conference room set up, and meals when necessary for executives and company visitors/ customers.
  • Helps with yearly departmental budgeting tasks, compiling monthly spend reports, capital asset tracking with help from finance dept.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Requires working knowledge of administrative duties and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to accurately reproduce and distribute routine correspondence, quotes, proposals and reports.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Minimum of two years’ related experience preferred.
  • 2-4 year college degree encouraged (AA, AS, BA, BS), but not mandatory.
