Job description

The Schuylkill Valley School District has an anticipated vacancy for a Part-Time Classroom Paraprofessional at the SVEC, Monday - Friday, hours to be determined. Minimum rate of pay is $13.66/hour.  Free dental insurance, life insurance ($100,000), and vision insurance are availble for this position.  Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.  EOE. 
Qualifications:

 

Minimum qualifications are as follows: Ability to relate to students, being child centered, warm, and receptive toward children, willingness to assist students in being successful and safe, and ability to carry out oral and written communication and follow instructions.  Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others and acceptable record of attendance required.
