Job description

Assist teachers in creating lesson plans and maintaining a safe classroom environment

  • Develop a cleaning routine throughout the day that keeps all of the interactive areas sanitary and safe
  • Monitor children during outdoor activities and interact with the children to enhance their learning
  • Work with teachers to maintain communication with parents and contact parents in emergency situations
  • Prepare and serve meals and monitor children during lunch time
  • Must have the ability to create and teach a lesson plan with little guidance
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must Posses Health Physical/ Drug Screening
  • Must possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Ability to pass background check and obtain a FBI Clearance
  • Caring and compassionate attitude a must
  • Must have CDA ( Resources available to help get it.)
  • Must have Child Protection Register
