Description:

The Caliday Program Director oversees talent, brand and operations of an assigned school age before and after school program to ensure the Caliday Program mission, vision and values are upheld. The Program Director actively develops and maintains positive school/customer/community relations. Maintains high- capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively.


Weekly Schedule: M-F am and pm shifts, approximately 5 hours of weekly administrative duties

Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma required, some college desirable

• School Age Director Qualified

• Experience in a childcare program desirable

• Supervisory experience desirable


Job Specific Skills/Certifications:

• Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office

• Very strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of OCC licensing requirements helpful

• ADA Certificate

• First Aid and CPR

• Basic Health and Safety

• Medication Administration

• Emergency & Disaster Preparedness
