Job description

After School Program Assistant: Assists with after-school program activities and provides support to students. Helps create a safe and engaging environment. Supports program staff in organizing and implementing educational and recreational activities. Assists students with homework and encourages positive behavior. Provides supervision during snack and playtime. Assists in maintaining program supplies and materials. Collaborates with program staff to ensure smooth operation of activities. Supports the development of social skills and fosters an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. Flexible to assist with additional tasks as needed. Works closely with program staff to contribute to the success of the after-school program.
