Job description

Join the Smile-Pro Team!
School Photographer / Photography Assistant
Do you have a big personality, love working with kids, and know how to make people smile?
We're looking for energetic, friendly people to join our school photography team! Every day is different, you might be helping a kindergartner feel brave for their very first school picture, making a middle schooler laugh, or helping a senior look and feel confident for one of the biggest portraits they'll ever take.
No photography experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is a positive attitude, a great personality, and the ability to connect with people, and that's exactly what we're looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Helping students look and feel their best for picture day.
  • Fixing flyaway hair, straightening collars, adjusting poses, and noticing the little details.  Those little details matter!
  • Making kids laugh, smile, and feel comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Assisting photographers and helping picture day stay organized and on schedule.
  • Working as part of an upbeat team that loves creating great experiences for schools and families.
You'd Be a Great Fit If You...
  • Love working with kids of all ages.
  • Have an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Learn quickly and enjoy staying busy.
  • Stay positive even when things get hectic.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Are dependable, punctual, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Can stand and move around throughout the day.
  • Have reliable transportation and don't mind traveling to different schools.
What We Offer
  • Paid training, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
  • A fun, supportive team environment.
  • Flexible, seasonal work that follows the school calendar.
  • The chance to make a real difference in a student's picture day experience.

At Smile-Pro, we believe school pictures should be more than just checking a box. We want every student to walk away feeling confident, comfortable, and proud of their photos. If that sounds like something you'd enjoy being part of, we'd love to meet you.
Come help us make picture day the best day of the school year!
