Administrative Assistant to the Director of Community Relations & Executive Operations

The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Community Relations & Executive Operations provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project support to advance the hospital's community engagement, communication, fundraising, executive operations, and special event initiatives. This position serves as a key coordinator for department activities, assisting with calendar management, correspondence, meeting and event logistics, door and sponsorship tracking, community outreach efforts, executive office support, and project coordination.

Primary Department: UHS Communications and Marketing

Primary Work Shift: Day

Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation Range: $19.37 - $28.09 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required: High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in secretarial support position or related field.

Preferred: Associate's degree in Secretarial Science or in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related.
